Sharing, renting, reselling, or publicly redistributing your unique License Key, backend access links, or any portions of the supplier data to third parties.
We actively monitor API access logs and request patterns on our validation servers. Any detected violation of these rules, including suspicious bulk data access or multiple concurrent IP addresses using a single key, will result in immediate, permanent termination of your License Key and database access without warning, recourse, or refund.

1. Merchant of Record & Financial Transactions
All financial transactions, payments, and product delivery on this Website are managed and fulfilled by our third-party Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC.
By purchasing through our platform, you explicitly agree to comply with Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms of Service. Only Sellers Hub does not collect, process, or store your credit card or financial billing information.

Sharing, renting, leasing, reselling, or publicly redistributing your unique License Key, backend authentication endpoints, or any raw portions of the supplier data to third parties.
Allowing multiple users or external businesses to access the directory using your individual credentials.
5. License Monitoring and Termination
We actively monitor access logs, request volume, and pattern behaviors on our verification servers.
Any detected violation of these Terms—including but not limited to suspicious bulk data requests, concurrent access from multiple distinct geographic IP addresses, or key sharing—will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your License Key and database access. This termination will be executed without warning, recourse, or liability for refund.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")
The Service and data are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to keep supplier records verified and up to date, Only Sellers Hub makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the absolute accuracy, operational status, availability, or profitability of the suppliers listed within the directory. Your reliance on any data provided is strictly at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Only Sellers Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
